RENTAL POLICY AND HELPFUL INFORMATION
Check-In: 3:00 p.m. To 5:00 p.m., or as soon as the property has
been cleaned and
Inspected. At times Check-In maybe delayed for cleaning or maintenance
repairs. If you will be arriving late please call for instructions
Check-In Days: Saturday to Saturday or Sunday to Sunday rates are
based on a 7-night stay.
Check-Out: 10:00 a.m. or earlier (No Exceptions.)
Winter, Spring, and Fall reservations require a 2 night minimum stay.
Partial stays maybe available with a 7 day notice. Please call for details.
Winter monthly rentals are available at all locations. Call our rental
office for rate information.
Deposits:
All reservations require a minimum of 50% deposit. Personal checks are
accepted up to 30 days before arrival. All balances must be paid no later
than 30 days before arrival.
We
do accept Visa and MasterCard. The rental agency will place the
advance payments in an interest bearing trust account with an insured South
Carolina Bank with accrued interest payable to the agency.
Cancellation Policy:
Reservation cancellations require a 30 day advance notification, prior
to arrival date, or you will forfeit your deposit. There will be a $100.00
administrative fee deducted from your deposit. If you are able to rebook at
a later date your deposit will be credited to your new reservation and the
administrative fee will be waived. We reserve the right to substitute
accommodations without notice. If accommodations cannot be found, our
liability shall be limited to a deposit refund.
Non-Smoking properties are available.
No pets are allowed at any of our rental properties. A $200.00 fine,
forfeiture of all rent and eviction will result.
No
underage groups (under 25 years old) are allowed to rent our properties.

All properties are privately owned and furnished to the individual owner’s
taste. All properties are furnished with heat and air conditioning, color
cable TV’s, (At least 1.) telephone, and washers and dryers. Beds are
furnished with mattress covers, bedspreads and pillows. Guests are
responsible for furnishing their own sheets, towels, paper products and
toiletries.
Here is a list of items that you may want to bring along to make your
vacation more fun!
That favorite large pot or skillet, condiments, coffee filters.Beach
towel/blankets, beach chairs, beach toys, umbrella, sun tan lotion.Trash
bags, paper plates, foil, towels, napkins, and toilet tissue.Dish soap,
laundry soap.Videos, DVD’s, camera, film, board games, books, surfboard,
fishing gear, and golf gear. Medicines
We
cannot guarantee the comfort of sleeper sofas. We can only recommend them
for children and not adults.
No
long distance telephone calls are to be placed unless they are collect or
billed to your credit card. There is a $20.00 fee for any calls billed to
owners.
Overcrowding an accommodation may result in eviction with no refund.
Please do not move any items from one property to another. Upon your
departure an inventory will be conducted. There will be an additional charge
to your credit card if any items are missing. For your comfort we ask that
you help us maintain the premises.
Linen rental as well as crib and highchair rentals are available. Call the
office for details.
Please have relatives and friends call you direct at your rental property.
We are unable to take messages for you on our toll-free reservation lines.
We
are unable to offer any rebates for equipment, appliance, pool or elevator
problems. We will however, try as quickly as possible to correct any problem
that may arise.
We
are unable to make any rate adjustments due to traffic or construction
noise.
Guests who lock themselves out of their unit and require emergency service
after hours will be charged $35.00
There is a charge for missing keys and pool passes. All keys and pool passes
picked up at the rental office must be returned to the office and not left
at the rental property. There is a $10.00 fee charged for each key or pool
pass not returned.
Departure cleaning is included in your rental rate (10% tax is not.) We ask
that upon your departure, you load and start the dishwasher, empty the
refrigerator/freezer, lock all doors and windows, and take all trash to the
on-site dumpsters.
Late check-outs are subject to a $50.00 per hour late charge.
2005 reservations may be booked 1 year in advance with just a $100.00
deposit! Stop by the rental office while you are vacationing to make the
arrangements!
GETTING HERE
TRAVELING NORTH BY CAR
Take Interstate 95 to exit 70 to Highway 501. From Highway 501 take our new
Highway 31 to Highway 9 East. Cross the Intercoastal Bridge at the Highway
17 South exit. Turn left at the 3rd traffic light after the
bridge (2nd Avenue North) Proceed for 1 mile. Our Check-In Office
is on the corner of 2nd Avenue North and North Hillside Drive
TRAVELING SOUTH BY CAR
Take Interstate 95 to Highway 9 east exit in Dillon, SC. Proceed on Highway
9 East to North Myrtle Beach. Highway 9 East runs into Highway 17 South. Go
over the Intercoastal Bridge. Turn left at the 3rd traffic light
after the bridge (2nd Avenue North.) Go 1 mile towards the ocean.
Our Check-In Office is on the corner of 2nd Avenue North and
North Hillside Drive.
TRAVELING BY AIR
Myrtle Beach International Jetport is a short 19 miles from our Tilghman
Beach & Racquet Club Check-In Office. The telephone number for the Jetport
is (843) 448-1589. There are several daily flights available from across the
country.
For smaller private aircraft travel the North Myrtle Beach Airport may work
